2. Data Collection and Storage: Nyblit does not create user accounts, and we do not store your data on our own servers.

Your Data: All tasks, lists, and associated metadata created in Nyblit are stored locally on your device and synchronised via your personal Apple iCloud account.
Access: We (the developers of Nyblit) have no access to your task data, your iCloud login credentials, or your personal identity.

3. Third-Party Services: iCloud Nyblit uses Apple's iCloud services to sync and back up your data across devices and to facilitate sharing tasks with other users.

By using Nyblit, you are also subject to Apple’s iCloud Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by iCloud sync errors or outages.

4. Analytics and Tracking:

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as app crashes or feature popularity) provided strictly through Apple’s built-in App Analytics. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

5. Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties.
